Whether it's a night out with friends or a corporate event, Get Driven is the perfect designated driver.

Our professional team of drivers are on standby. Trips can be booked in advance or on an adhoc basis. Once you are a member, you can sign in to the app to book a trip. If you book over the phone, our team will verify that you are a member before booking your trip.

How to book a trip in the app

Download the Get Driven App from the Google Play Store or App Store. Once you have registered your account, sign in, select your Pick Up and Drop Off locations and confirm your booking.

Yes. You will need to use your username and password to sign in to the Get Driven App to book a trip. If you call in to make a booking, our agents will verify that you are a member before booking a trip for you.

Your monthly subscription fee entitles you to four trips per month, up to 50km.

No, your allocated trips are forfeited if you do not redeem them.

Call 0861 002 022. Our customer care team operates Mon-Fri (8am to 5:30pm) and Sat (8:30am to 12pm), excluding public holidays. The driver control room is always open.

We can accommodate last-minute bookings on an ad hoc basis. The minimum collection time is one hour. We will try to schedule you a driver on a best effort basis.

You need to make sure that you have insurance for your vehicle which includes the use of the vehicle by third party drivers (to include Get Driven drivers). If the vehicle is involved in an accident when you are using the Get Driven service, you will need to claim from your insurance.

Yes. However, you will be charged the full rate if you cancel your trip within one hour of your scheduled collection time.

Every additional kilometer over the 50km limit will be charged at R13.50.

Your driver will wait a maximum of 20 minutes past the scheduled collection time. If you are not there, the trip will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least one hour before the trip is scheduled to start. To cancel please call us on 0861 002 022.
